'Your guide to true Punjabi cooking' wins BBC Good Food award

The BBC Good Food Shows Bursary awards are always hotly contended, so we were completely thrilled to find out we had won an award for 2014

We sent our boxes off to Katy Truss of fabulousfoodfinds.co.uk back in August and were delighted to learn that they had made it through to the Good Food tasting kitchen a few weeks later.  When Katy rang to let us know  the news she explained that the team were really impressed with our concept of teaching people how to cook authentic Punjabi food for themselves. They felt the spice tasting guide was a great idea and also loved our packaging, high praise indeed!  It's been an intense year of product development which makes praise from such a prestigious organisation doubly rewarding.

The award allows us to attend the BBC Good Food Show Scotland free of charge, something a small company like ours could never afford to do otherwise. We get the chance to meet current and new customers face to face as well as being able to talk to food bloggers and press.

The BBC Good Food Show Scotland takes place at the SECC in Glasgow from the 17th to the 19th of October. See bbc.goodfooshow.com to book tickets.
