REFUNDS POLICY

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Scotia Spice. However, if you are unhappy with your goods for a legitimate reason such as missing contents or your box is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us by email info@scotiaspice.co.uk or phone 01360 449399.

 

Damaged or faulty goods must be returned within 14 working days from receipt and you will receive a full refund, including return delivery costs, providing that all goods are carefully repackaged and returned to us in their original packaging.

 

Please obtain proof of posting when returning items for refund.

 

Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund if you are not happy with the results of your cooking. Our recipes are thoroughly tried and tested and should result in consistently good results. Should you have any problems following our recipes please contact us at info@scotiaspice.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

Christmas 2015: we are taking a well-earned break from 24th - 28th December and will not process orders during this time.

 

Single boxes are delivered first class by Royal Mail. Two or more boxes in one order will be delivered by Parcelforce 48. 

 

The majority of our orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.

 

You will be advised of any delay, or if the item is not available.
