Course
content
Courses start from 10.00 am and run for around
four hours. During that time you will normally cook
six recipes, time allowing. Each course contains a
Spice Workshop where you’ll learn about spices,
how to use them and where to source them.
Once
you’ve cooked
your main dishes you’ll be able
to enjoy them over an informal lunch with the other
attendees, then it’s back to the kitchen for more
cooking and demonstrations.
At
the end of the course you’ll take away recipes as
well as a sample of spices, so that you can practice
your new found skills straight away.
I
firmly believe in guiding my clients through the cooking process
and so take a maximum of three
people on any course. |
